Watching Vixen

'Watching'
An Urban fox I found sat on the compost heap in my
garden.Looking into her eyes, I imagine she is thinking:

'Leave me in peace, I am resting.
Its daytime and I have a long night ahead of me,
I am cold and trying to warm myself through the compost heap and the rays of the weak winter sun.
Tonight I shall have to work hard to find food, to get me through the night,
Whether it be discarded takeaways, berries, worms or even a mouse, it'll be a scavenge.
Please leave me in peace, I can't help being a fox.'

Great Missenden Craft Show

I drew these caricatures at the weekend.
It was quite funny because 'Melissa' is featured on the Live Crafts brochure last time I drew her 4 years ago!
She is a hairdresser in Gt Missenden and everybody in the town recognises her from the brochure and website!

Stansted garden show

Great to see all the lovely people at my stand at Stansted House at the weekend...especially those that had their 'caricatures' drawn by me, you all seemed to go away happy!

When walking through Lyndhurst, past 'Bolton's bench' I spied this rather proud fox, out for a canter...but what was he hunting for?
